Students that attended open house or came to school last Thursday received a folder with this year’s required paperwork. Parents, it is imperative that you complete these forms today and have your student return them tomorrow. If your student did not receive them yet, copies will be sent home tomorrow. Please ask your student for them. The technology agreement must be returned or your student will not receive their chromebook. If any of our returning students still have their chromebook from last year, those must be returned, or the replacement cost of $250 must be paid before another chromebook will be issued. Remember, students need their chromebook to complete their work on campus. Chromebooks are not permitted to leave school this year.
School uniform shirt orders will be handled as quickly as possible. If your student does not have their uniform shirts yet, students are permitted to wear solid colored shirts until all shirt orders can be filled. It will make the process of filling the orders much faster if you are able to print out the confirmation of the order, and make sure your student’s name is on the paper.
Schedules will be handed out tomorrow during breakfast. Changes to schedules will not be made at this time. If your student needs a change to their schedule, they are encouraged to complete the Google form that will be made available to them on Wednesday of this week. We ask for grace and patience as we work to get all things on target these next couple weeks. There are always kinks that need to be worked out so we do appreciate your patience.
Parents, if you bring your student to school and pick them up, our procedure is in place to ensure a timely arrival and dismissal of all students. In the mornings, Parents may only enter the loop from 7:00 to 7:05. When buses are in the loop, passenger vehicles cannot be. Please pull in to a parking spot in the student lot and let your student out. We will have a staff member there to assist them with crossing. For afternoon pick up, passenger vehicles can begin lining up in the loop at 2:20. The loop will close to passenger vehicles at 2:30. If after 2:30, please park in the student lot and, again, we will have a staff member out there helping them to cross to ensure their safety.
