This week will begin with bringing awareness to Breast Cancer and wearing pink tomorrow! Please show your support of those that are fighting breast cancer as well as those that have survived.
On Wednesday, we will join Lake County Schools once again and unite against bullying by wearing Orange. Bullying has no place in our schools and we need to all step up and show our support to stop this behavior. Please remember that all non-Alee dress code outfits must still be within the acceptable dress code requirements of Lake County Schools which can be found in the student code of conduct.
We will also be holding an academic awards ceremony this week to recognize the academic accomplishments of our students for the 1st quarter. We will be recognizing A honor roll, A / B honor roll, and perfect attendance. We are so excited how well our students are doing so far this year.
Parents, please mark your calendars for Wednesday, October 30 beginning at 5:00pm. Alee Academy will host an information session regarding human trafficking and what we should look for. We are requesting the presence of parents of middle and high school aged students as well as members of our community that would like to learn more. Representatives from Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Lifeboat will be presenting information. Please contact our guidance counselor, Mrs. Daniel if you are able to attend so we can ensure we have enough seating.
Thank you all for your time tonight. Students, I will see you tomorrow!
