We want to begin by telling you how excited we am to begin another year at Alee Academy. We have some incredible teachers and staff this year that are committed to making Alee a wonderful place to learn. We have many new things happening this year so please stay tuned for more information about the new programs that will begin soon!

This week, August 15th - August 18th, our students will begin diving into their curriculum. We have a brand new curriculum this year and the teachers have been planning some phenomenal lessons! Our mission for this year is to provide student with what they need so we have adopted a W.I.N. attitude! Students will be working hard to identify the things they need to be successful and our hope is by the end of the year, every student has learned to explain WHAT I NEED, aka W.I.N.

A reminder for parents and students, uniform t-shirts are available for purchase from the school store . The school store can be found here at this link . We have a lot of other items that students may need to purchase on the school store so please take a few moments to browse through the available items.

Students are expected to have a 3 ring binder that they will carry throughout the school day for keeping notes, handouts, and other class related materials. Individual teachers may also have specific requirements so we encourage you to ask your student what other supplies they may need to be successful. Please let us know if there are items that you need help with purchasing.

Student drivers should purchase a parking permit from the school store as well. The cost is $25.00 for the year. All student drivers must have a parking permit on their vehicle by September 1st to avoid being towed from the property. This is imperative for campus safety.

In an effort to maintain a safe and secure learning environment for our students, a reminder to you about arriving to school late. The first bell rings each morning at 7:00 which is the beginning of Homeroom. Students that arrive later than 7:10, will not be permitted to check in until 8:05. Students that don’t make it to school by 8:05 will only be permitted to check in at 9:10. Students will not be permitted to check in at all after 10:15. Please understand that this policy is not intended to be mean but to teach responsibility. Instructional time is valuable so this policy will be enforced to preserve teaching and learning. Tardy students are to report to the security area; the double doors closest to the bus loop. Students will NOT be checked in through the front office unless escorted with a parent.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us . We are looking forward to working with all of you so we can have an absolutely amazing school year!
