We will offer summer school for our students beginning Monday, June 6th. Students that are interested in summer school are required to complete the Summer School Enrollment form prior to June 1st. Students that have not signed up will not be permitted into summer school. Students planning to attend summer school at Alee Academy will have a Chromebook issued upon arrival to campus June 6th and will be collected back on June 16th at the end of summer school. Summer school hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This opportunity is for students that need to finish current classes. New classes will not be offered.
Students are expected to be on campus and working for all 8 days to work with teachers and complete their course work. Alee Academy is not able to provide transportation for students attending summer school, therefore, it is the student/parent’s responsibility to provide transportation to and from summer school. Students that are attending summer school must arrive no earlier than 7:45 a.m. to be checked in as there will be no supervision available before 7:45. Students will not be admitted into summer school after 8:00 a.m. Students must be picked up at 12:00 p.m. and are not permitted to leave before that time. Teachers will sign off on students that complete their course work prior to the end of summer school which means the student will no longer need to attend. Parents will be notified by the school if or when this is the case. One absence is permitted. More than 1 absence will remove the student from summer school. Tardies are not permitted, therefore arriving after 8:00 a.m. will count as an absence. Students are expected to use their time wisely during summer school. Disruptive behavior and non- compliance with school rules and expectations will not be tolerated. Students that are unable to meet these expectations will be withdrawn from summer school
